Founding GTM Partner

RemoteCommission only — no salary or benefitsPosted July 2026

About the role

Hashing AI builds practical AI automation for businesses, including AI phone agents, email automation, and custom workflow solutions. This is an independent, non-exclusive, commission-based partner opportunity — not a traditional salaried employee position. The final scope, compensation, and relationship terms are governed by a separate written partner agreement and must reflect the actual working relationship. As a Founding GTM Partner, you will independently run the customer-facing part of the sales process. You decide how to find opportunities — using your own systems, research, outreach, networking, or door-to-door methods — and take responsibility for moving qualified opportunities forward. You will identify the right stakeholder, understand the customer’s workflow and pain points, use our existing products and demos to explain what we do, gather requirements, produce a clear BRD, and help close the engagement. The two core outcomes are a completed BRD that is ready for implementation and a client that completes payment for the one-time setup fee. Hashing AI handles engineering and delivery after the opportunity is properly scoped.

Long-term opportunity

Hashing AI is an early-stage startup, and this opportunity is commission-only at the current stage. As the company grows its client base, recurring revenue, and operating capacity — or raises investment — we may create full-time roles with base compensation, paid time off, and other benefits. As the company develops, the scope and structure of high-impact collaborations may also evolve. Any future opportunities would depend on performance, business needs, financing, and separate written agreements.

What you'll do

  • Create your own outbound and business-development approach. Acceptable methods include personal networks, research systems, cold email, phone outreach, local networking, door-to-door outreach, referrals, and other lawful methods.
  • Independently identify the relevant stakeholder for each opportunity, such as the business owner, department owner, operations leader, or budget decision maker.
  • Initiate contact and independently schedule an initial conversation with the appropriate stakeholder.
  • Learn Hashing AI's current products, especially AI phone agents, and use the available demos and examples to explain our capabilities accurately.
  • Lead an initial discovery conversation that identifies the stakeholder's workflow, current state, operational pain points, existing tools, constraints, and desired outcome.
  • Ask focused requirements questions and distinguish a real customer problem from a general interest in AI.
  • Document the opportunity in a clear BRD covering the pain point, current state, workflow, requirements, user stories, expected state, proposed scope, success criteria, and open questions.
  • Coordinate with Hashing AI on scope, feasibility, pricing, proposal details, and next steps without making unauthorized commitments.
  • Move qualified opportunities through follow-up, negotiation, and closing until the customer signs the applicable agreement and pays the one-time setup fee.
  • Deliver the two core outcomes: an implementation-ready BRD and a client who completes payment of the one-time setup fee.
  • Record useful lessons from customer conversations and help improve Hashing AI's sales workflow and GTM runbook.

What we're looking for

  • You can independently find potential customers rather than relying on a company-provided lead list.
  • You can identify and reach the person who owns the relevant workflow or can approve a purchase.
  • You can run a structured discovery conversation with a business owner or stakeholder.
  • You can ask effective requirements questions and turn an ambiguous conversation into a clear written BRD.
  • You can explain a technical product to a non-technical customer without exaggerating its capabilities.
  • You can manage follow-up and move a qualified opportunity toward a signed agreement and payment.
  • You are comfortable working independently and being compensated through successful business outcomes.

Nice to have

  • You have sold B2B services, software, consulting, or technology solutions.
  • You understand industries such as dental, legal, real estate, hospitality, or nonprofits.
  • You have a basic understanding of AI or workflow automation.
  • You have written requirements documents, discovery notes, proposals, or other customer-facing documentation.
  • You can help document and improve a repeatable sales or GTM playbook.

Compensation

  • Commission-only compensation under a separate written partner agreement. There is no salary, benefits, paid time off, or guaranteed compensation.
  • Proposed commission schedule: 40% of the one-time setup fee for the first eligible closed deal, 25% for deals 2–5, and 20% from deal 6 onward. The final schedule will be stated in the partner agreement.
  • Illustrative example: if an approved one-time setup fee is $5,000 and the applicable commission rate is 40%, the commission is $2,000. Commission becomes payable after Hashing AI receives the customer's full one-time setup fee.
  • Monthly recurring revenue is not commissionable under the current proposed structure and remains with Hashing AI for operating costs, APIs, maintenance, support, and recurring margin.
